Polycentric Hinge (PC)

Our advanced polycentric hinge is designed with sturdy support arms, connected through pivot pins to a central hinge plate, allowing for fluid and precise motion. Tailored to each user's mobility needs, the arms can be set to preferred extension and flexion angles. The hinge plate features various slots to firmly fix limit pins in place, which can be adjusted to fine-tune the brace's range of motion control.

Multi-Positional Hinge (MP)

Our multi-positional hinge features a sophisticated design with rotating arms connected to inner and outer guide plates for pivotal movement. These plates contain specially curved slots that allow controlled sliding of pins located at the ends of the arms. Adjustments can be made by loosening set screws, enabling the arms to move and alter the joint angle. This system allows for precise angulation settings, which are securely locked in place using a combination of flat-screws and set screws.

Flip-Top Polycentric Hinge (HT)

For smooth and controlled movement, our flip-top polycentric hinge features robust support arms connected to a hinge plate via pivot pins. The arms can be adjusted to particular extension and flexion positions to suit the individual's unique range of motion. Limit pins are safely held in place by a hinge plate with several apertures, and they can be adjusted for the best movement restriction. A flip-top lid ensures their settings remain intact, improving both safety and comfort.
