In 1978 he opened a custom department in order to fill the demand for individually designed braces. Most of our competitors refuse to provide made-to-order custom braces because of the intensive time and labor involved. We partially agree. This is why the service is only offered for our regular customers. Additionally for regular customers, we provide a 24-hour business turn around on all custom braces.
