KneeMate™ Wrap Around with Hinges (KC64-NOS)

The KneeMate™ Wrap Around Brace with Hinges is a protective brace designed to provide support and stability to the knee joint. It is indicated for individuals with medial/lateral collateral ligament instability, ACL/PCL sprains, arthritis, patella pain, or mild to moderate joint instability related to sprains or strains associated with athletic activity. It is also a good brace for use in post-op management. It is ideal for individuals who want extra support in their knee joint when doing physical or sporting activities.

BENEFITS: 

This KneeMate™ Brace has a wrap-around configuration that makes this brace easy to apply. It features upper and lower Velcro circumferential straps for a secure and individualized fit. It also has an adjustable elastic segment for improved fit and comfort. The large openings in the front and back of the knee provide a comfortable fit and help with positioning of the brace. 

This brace also features aluminum exposed polycentric hinges on both sides of the knee for maximum medial and lateral support. The hinges come with stops to prevent/limit knee flexion or extension ranges of motion. The available range of motion stop options are 0°, 10°, 20° and 30° for both knee flexion and extension. The range of motion settings on the hinges are accessible from the outside of the brace - no need to remove them!

This brace is made of 1/8" Koolflex for a comfortable fit. It is also available in 3/16" 4-way stretch Neoprene (K64-NOS version).

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
• NO chlorine bleach.
• Air dry.
• Do NOT put in dryer.

HOW TO MEASURE:

To find your perfect fit, start by measuring the circumference of your leg at three critical points: 6 inches below your kneecap, directly over the middle of your kneecap, and 6 inches above your kneecap.
