All customera MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from our office before
returning any item. Items must be returned within fifteen (15) business days of the day the
Authorization Number is issued.
You may return unused Stock Items sold within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund minus a
restocking fee of twenty percent (20%). New Options Sports, Inc. will pay all shipping costs, only if
the item delivered was a result of our error. Errors must be reported within seven (7) days of
receiving shipment. Shipping of exchanged braces is normally via UPS Ground. Customers can pay
for faster shipping, if requested.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
