Shipping Terms

RETURNS: Any products that qualify for a return must be accompanied by an RMA number. Non-stock products may not be returned. Please call customer service at, 800-872-5488 for RMA number and shipping return instructions.

Due to the personal nature of our products, returns can only be accepted for unopened/unworn products or damaged/defective products. Exceptions can be made in cases of order entry or shipping mistakes. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Items being returned/exchanged must be received by us before credit is issued. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

CUSTOM BRACES: Please Note: There will be a $10.00 up charge to the professional price list on all 4XL braces. All custom braces with a current stock number are two and a half times the professional price. Any additional products will be by special request only and may require an additional charge for design time. Custom and non-stock braces are made to order and may not be returned. Please be sure to use our custom chart for proper sizing before ordering.

SHIPPING: Stock items are shipped within one to two days. Please allow up to 5 business days for non-stock items to ship. We ship UPS Ground, unless faster delivery is required. Please note: additional charges may apply. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and most U.S. Holidays.
