Hinged Patella Stabilizer with “J” Buttress (K17-PC)

The Hinged Patella Stabilizer with "J" Buttress (K17-PC) is primarily designed to provide support and stability for individuals with patellofemoral (kneecap joint) disorders, kneecap subluxations, or kneecap dislocations. It is also indicated for use in mild medial and lateral collateral ligament instability or mild anterior and posterior cruciate ligament instability.

BENEFITS: 

This brace features a 1/4” enclosed tubular “J” buttress which provides additional support to and around the kneecap. The patellar pull panel with adjustable straps further secures and stabilizes the kneecap in place. The opening in the front of the knee is designed for positioning and comfort. The circumferential straps around the thigh and calf provide a secure and individualized fit. The polycentric aluminum hinges enclosed in neoprene pockets allow for range of motion control. Special cordura stress covers are located over the center, proximal, and distal hinges to provide added durability. 

The Hinged Patella Stabilizer with "J" Buttress is available in a 1/8" latex-free neoprene option only. The neoprene design provides both warmth and compression to the knee.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
• NO chlorine bleach.
• Air dry.
• Do NOT put in dryer.

HOW TO MEASURE:

To find your perfect fit, start by measuring the circumference of your leg at three critical points: 6 inches below your kneecap, directly over the middle of your kneecap, and 6 inches above your kneecap.
